Leadership Ministry Discernment Process:
This process was initiated four years ago by Fr. Tom and has been a great benefit to our parish. Resurrection has a long tradition of excellent lay leadership and this process allows Fr. Tom an added opportunity to personally talk with identified leaders and share his vision for our future. It also allows parishioners time to ask questions, reflect, and determine if the Spirit is leading them into a leadership position at Resurrection for the upcoming 3 years. The process starts with parish nominations starting June 29, 2008 through Sunday July 20, 2008. Please see the Discernment Process Description for more information on the process and the positions available.
