Special Religious Education (SPRED)
Description:
This is for children and adults providing faith formation through faith stories, singing, and crafts. SPRED is sponsored by the Knights of Columbus and the six Catholic parishes in Rochester. The cost is $25 with scholarships available.

General Information about SPRED:

• We range in age from about eighteen years to seventy; One woman "retired" two years ago at age ninety.
• We have all abilities in a room. Some participants are verbal; others are not. Some are in wheelchairs, some are blind, some are tube fed, still others are seizure prone. We have just about "everything" and have been able to take care of "everything." A couple of our teachers are nurses.
