Board members (two Cambodians, two Americans, and a New Zealander) have long been involved with the Cambodian community in Madison Wisconsin. Since 1997, they have been supplying school clothes and supplies to farm children in Siem Reap Province. Steve and Cathey shared with the Social Concerns Committee how beneficial this project is and encouraged our parish to support it during Lent 2006. building two-room schools helping village to build their own schools providing teachers with a new set of clothes, textbooks, and musical instruments drilling a deep water well that serves the whole village building bathrooms adding a vocational training component to the school.
