Five Parish Nights
Sunday 1:15-3:15 PM after the KC's pancake breakfast; Monday meal at 5:30, program from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM; Wednesday meal at 6:00 PM, program from 6:30-8:30 PM. The program is the same for each of the nights; you pick the day that best fits your schedule.
Meals are an important part of GOF. It helps us build community in our large parish. We do not charge for the meals and encourage and invite everyone to come and eat.
This year our theme is the Liturgical Year, "Celebrate Our Story -Pass it on.". Our Parish nights are opportunities to come and share faith and learn more about our rich Catholic traditions.
Parish Night format includes an opening prayer and short activity with everyone together. Then there is a break-off session by ages: adults staying in the church while children are doing age-specific activities. Next we regather for family time, and end with all ages together for a short ending prayer. |
